so anyways, my friend(Nyship) said a very wiise thing yesterday,"What kind of a Wiccan are you if u can't even concentrate on not smiling" i smile too much *sugh* and i never thought about actually concentrating on that so yah....i tried it and it works!!!XD im gonna try concentrating on running(cuz i suck at it and i wanna get better) ok thats it biii
